Order Processing

Girl Shapewear orders are shipped from our fulfillment locations. We process all orders within a standard processing window. Orders received by our daily cutoff time are typically processed on the same business day.

During busy periods, such as holidays or promotional events, please allow additional time for processing. Our warehouses do not operate on weekends and are closed on public holidays. Orders placed on Fridays after the cutoff time, or on weekends, will begin processing on the next business day.

Billing and Shipping Details

Orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled once they are placed, as they immediately enter our processing system. We will only ship to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure that all shipping and billing details are complete, accurate, and entered in English.

Important: Girl Shapewear does not ship to P.O. Box addresses or forwarding addresses. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.

Shipping Options and Carriers

Delivery windows provided at checkout are estimates only. Once the courier has collected your package, Girl Shapewear cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. However, we work exclusively with reputable carriers to ensure reliable service.

Orders shipped from our US warehouse are typically sent via FedEx or UPS. Orders shipped from our UK warehouse are sent using DHL, Royal Mail, or UPS, depending on the destination. If your order contains items that ship from multiple fulfillment locations, separate shipping charges may apply for each location, and your order may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking Your Order

All Girl Shapewear orders are sent via a tracked shipping service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your unique tracking number. This email will be sent to the address you provided during checkout.

You can track your order at any time by visiting girlshapewear.com/track or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. We also recommend signing up for SMS or email notifications through your carrier’s tracking portal for real-time updates.

Signature on Delivery

Our couriers typically deliver during business hours, Monday through Friday. Where possible, Girl Shapewear requires a signature upon delivery. This signature confirms successful delivery and fulfillment. Once your item has been delivered and signed for, responsibility for the goods passes to you.

If you specifically request or authorize a “no signature” delivery through your carrier, Girl Shapewear will not take responsibility for, nor refund you for, any lost or stolen items left at the delivery address. For valuable orders, we strongly recommend choosing a delivery option that requires a signature.

Made to Order Items

Some styles offered on girlshapewear.com are marked as “made to order.” These pieces are created specifically for you after your purchase. Made-to-order items require additional production time before shipping. Please allow extra time for delivery of these items. You will receive a separate update once your made-to-order piece has been completed and shipped.

Pre-Orders

For any items available on a pre-order basis, estimated shipping timelines are clearly stated in the product description. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that your item will ship at a later date. Girl Shapewear will keep you updated on the status of your pre-order via email.

Taxes, Duties, and Customs

All international deliveries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis. This means that applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout whenever possible. However, certain destinations may require additional customs clearance.

Please note that the US De Minimis rule is subject to change. Orders shipped to the US from other countries may incur import duties based on where the goods are manufactured. Girl Shapewear is not responsible for any customs delays, additional duties, or fees imposed after shipment. If an order is returned to us due to unpaid duties or refused delivery, any customs charges or fees incurred by Girl Shapewear will be deducted from your refund.

Customs Delays

Orders that are delayed in customs or awaiting payment of duty charges may require extra time to be received. This additional time is not factored into our standard delivery estimates. Girl Shapewear is not accountable for delivery delays caused by customs, weather, or other events outside of our control.

If your order is returned to us for any reason without prior notification, Girl Shapewear reserves the right to deduct any return shipping fees, customs charges, or handling fees from your refund.
